International Delivery Policy

Tights4u ships with The Post Office®. Your shipping fees will be calculated based on your destination rather than the value or the weight of your parcel. When orders are shipped in multiple parcels, we do not add additional fees.

We will ship your parcel to the billing address where your monthly bank statements are mailed to you. Shipment to a UK, USA address is available provided you give us the complete physical address information including a telephone number that can be verified to deter identity theft or credit card fraud.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

While The Post Office® is our preferred shipping vendor; shipments to P.O. boxes are only shipped via UK Postal Service. UK Postal Service shipments may take longer to reach your destination and the claim process for mislaid parcel is slower and cumbersome compared with The Post Office®.

Orders containing multiple items located in different warehouses will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping to avoid higher shipping and duties charges. You will be notified by email if delivery is delayed.

If your government have export restrictions about the items you order, you will receive an on-screen notice if you attempt to put the item in your shopping cart.

If your order is refused or returned to us due to incorrect address information or because it was undeliverable, Tights4u reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee. We will charge the payment method originally used for costs incurred to the return of the parcel to us.

Delivery Time Frame

Please allow 5-15 days for your parcel to reach its destination. Shipping charges varies depending on the country destination and weight of the parcel. Please be advised that we do not offer expedited shipment for International orders.

Customs/Duties charges

Tights4u will not be responsible for customs/duties charges determined by your local customs office as we are unable to determine these fees in advance. To minimize these charges, we list the wholesale cost of your parcel on commercial invoice rather than the retail value to provide customs agent with a true, legal value. Please contact your local customs office for more information about customs/duties charges.

International credit cards

International credit cards often require a special procedure to help us verify the cardholder identity. By placing an order with tights4u.com, you agree to possible charge verification that works like this:

We may email you to verify and confirm your order by following the link and instructions provided. We will charge a small sum to your credit card which is separate from your actual purchase amount. But, we will refund the small amount charged to your account immediately.

Shipment of your order will be within 1-2 business days of receiving a response that matches the actual amount charged to your credit card.
